  •  We also cover how to master your emotions and eat only when you are hungry, instead of eating out of emotions such as stress, frustration, anger, anxiety, bordom, etc.

  • Do you suffer from cravings, or eat unhealthy foods, and then lose all progress that you have made? If so, then this class will help you gain control over those foods which held you back before.
  • Many people will snack on unhealthy foods, or graze throughout the day or at certain times of the day. In this segment we train your brain to move away from these unhealthy habits.

  • You may have heard it's easy to get motivated, but hard to stay motivated. We also teach both how to get and stay motivated to exercise and to continue these lifestyle changes.
